Café Burdet Rainbow

INGREDIENTS:

    1. Condensed milk
    2. Chocolate Syrup
    3. Two Espresso Café Burdet
    4. Cream from milk
    5. Cinnamon sprinkled on top
    6. Ready to enjoy!

 

 

 

Coffee Flan

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 / 2 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of warm milk
  • 3 teaspoons of Café Burdet Instant Coffee 

PREPARATION:

1. Dissolve instant coffee in hot milk
2. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the milk
3. Pour the mixture into a mould and heat in a bain marie for 40 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and let cool.
